The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain – not just the source – by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured repeatable assessment. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a pre-participation screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.

trx

TRX Suspension training using body weight for strengthening. TRX Rip Trainer – weighted bar with bungee to build explosive core strength and great for rotational athletes.

bfrt-1

Blood-Flow Restriction Training (BFRT)
According to the American Physical Therapy Association: “BFRT is achieved through the application of external pressure over the extremities. The applied pressure is sufficient to maintain arterial inflow while occluding venous outflow distal to the occlusion site. The goal is to enable patients to make greater strength gains while lifting lighter loads, thereby reducing the overall stress placed on the limb.”
