MMIA’s mission is to set the standard of support for our veterans, members of the armed forces and their families by engaging neighbors, business and organizations. They do this by assisting active-duty, veterans, and military families through 5 main programs that aid in independent living and morale support.

We will be celebrating alongside many of the 1,200+ runners from the 1/2 Holly Springs Marathon, but runners and non-runners are encouraged to come out!

Meg’s Smile Foundation is a charitable organization that provides gifts and/or fun days to children affected by serious illnesses who are treated in North Carolina hospitals. Our mission is to bring smiles to the faces of these children and their families while they are going through what can be a very long and emotional journey.

GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. We offer free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

The North Carolina Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics unites officers from law enforcement agencies and corrections departments across the state in an effort to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics North Carolina. The Torch Run efforts to raise funds include: collecting corporate sponsorships, T-shirt and hat donations and hosting unique fundraising events such as building sits, polar plunges and glow runs.

The Holly Springs Food Cupboard provides supplemental food and referral assistance to those in need in the Holly Springs community.

Our volunteer Board of Directors and many concerned residents have come together to build the Holly Springs Food Cupboard as a local community organization to enable and empower our residents, business owners, churches, and civic organizations in helping to feed Holly Springs families in need. The objective of this association is to instill principles of good citizenship and sportsmanship and the knowledge and development of the fundamentals of the game of Baseball and Softball in youth athletes. It is the purpose of the association to teach the participating youth athletes conditioning, discipline, and teamwork as it pertains to tournament/travel level competitive athletics. The association will develop among the participants a winning attitude and commitment, which will be carried both on and off the field of play.
